Yodeyma is a fragrance manufacturer that distributes to 17 European countries. This brand has more than 20 years of experience and it was born to allow anyone the access to a luxury perfume.
The client requested a study of its logistic operations, flows and volumes to adequate its infrastructures to its growth plan. During the analysis phase, current logistic operation, processes and IT map were reviewed; existing infrastructures were evaluated and cost and kpi analysis allowed a prioritized proposal of improvement initiatives.
The client asked us to design e-commerce operation models for food and non-food articles. These operations were designed allowing Majid Al Futtaim to be adapted according to a changing and rising demand as the e-commerce was ramping up in the region.
