Some collaborations started with a request for a supply chain diagnostic. Symptoms can be very varied:

We start by understanding the current situation and the changes in context that the company is facing, the goals they try to achieve and the questions they want to answer. The analysis is a combination of interviews, visit to the operations with data and kpi gathering and assessment of existing IT system capabilities and use.
After comparing current situation against target one and existing capabilities, we design several action initiatives that will allow to achieve the defined goals. Once we agree the working plan, we train the client project team to work together with them, measuring the improvements.
